Kegoya Dock Co., Ltd. was established in 1941 as an associate company of Penta-Ocean Construction Co., Ltd. for building and repair of small sized naval ships and working ships.
Although there were numerous transitions in the postwar period, we initially dealt construction of working ships mainly, then worked on construction of general domestic ships. Recently, we have achieved as a shipyard which deals coastal ships. We are aiming for work place with smile and streamline operation, and also endeavoring expansion and improvement of facility such as size up of crane, putting roof for pathway to block factory, extension of slipway, furthermore, newly constructed blast painting factory for ideal working conditions and speedy operation.
For the future, we are determined to strive as a characteristic shipyard which set out construction of work ship as well as ocean-going ship/domestic ship.
